Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with accounts receivable in the plumbing or construction industry? Do you understand progress billing, job completion billing, and customer follow-ups? If so, we want you on our team!

About Us:
Repipe1 is a well-established residential plumbing company specializing in repipe projects. We value organization, accountability, and excellent customer communication. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable A/R Collections Specialist to manage receivables and support our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage accounts receivable for residential plumbing projects.
-Follow up with homeowners regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules.
-Generate and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
-Post and apply payments accurately to customer accounts.
-Coordinate with office staff and field employees to confirm job completion before billing.
-Maintain aging reports and track past-due accounts.
-Resolve billing questions and discrepancies professionally.
-Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan and accounting systems.

Qualifications:
-Prior A/R and collections experience required.
-Plumbing, construction, or home services industry experience strongly preferred.
-Experience with ServiceTitan and/or QuickBooks is a plus.
-Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
-Strong communication and follow-up skills.
-Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
-Professional and confident when discussing payments with customers.
