Residential Design Build Construction Job Scheduler

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects - Custom Homes and Major renovations. This individual will act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
* Assist in the development of project schedules
* Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
* Monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates on Builder Trend.

Communication and Collaboration:
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, sub-contractors, job schedule and address any questions or concerns.
* Facilitate effective communication between project teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
* Organize and lead project meetings, document action items, and follow-ups.

Documentation and Compliance:
* Maintain accurate project documentation – mainly job schedules.
* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
* Track and manage project budgets, including processing invoices and change orders.

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:
* Look ahead: Identify potential project risks and work proactively to resolve issues.
*Handle unexpected challenges or delays, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline. Handle with calm but urgency

Quality Assurance:
* Ensure that all construction activities meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations
