Handyman / Property Preservation Contractor (Weekly Pay)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Person / Property Preservation Contractor to join our team on a weekly pay schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and preserving residential and commercial properties around Orlando area.

WHAT WE NEED?

Own tools, vehicle, and smartphone.
Inventory of standard materials (HUD locks, hasps, lockboxes).
Ability to follow strict photo guidelines (tape measures in photos).
Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Scope of Work:

Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowable for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof, drywall, deck etc)
Evictions
Mold remediation
Tenant Occupied Maintenance
Turn out projects
