Marketing / Business Development Coordinator in our Novato, CA office

We are seeking a Marketing / Business Development Coordinator to support our principals and senior leadership in the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for hospitality-focused interior design, branding, and food and beverage projects.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, visually fluent professional with experience in the interior design or AEC industry who enjoys translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual and written content. The position works closely with firm leadership and multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment and offers a meaningful opportunity to grow within the firm through direct exposure to principals and a broad range of hospitality-focused projects.



Key Responsibilities

Proposal, qualifications, and interview presentation support
Development of marketing and pursuit materials using Adobe InDesign and related tools
Writing and editing project descriptions, firm narratives, and resumes
Organization of marketing assets and support of proposal and CRM tracking



Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Experience supporting marketing or business development efforts- 2 years minimum experience
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and related graphic software- 2 years minimum experience
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Experience in the interior design, architecture, or AEC industry preferred.
