Marina Security Services is a minority-owned and operated firm specializing in security services and guard staffing. We are looking for a dedicated Field Supervisor to join our team in San Francisco.

Role Overview

As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel and property. This is a mobile position that requires conducting inspections across multiple sites to maintain service standards. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will utilize your core skills in security and conflict management to effectively handle incidents and maintain a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support on-duty security officers across multiple locations by conducting routine and random site inspections to ensure proper procedures are being followed
Ensure officers are in proper uniform and adhering to appearance and performance standards
Train, coach, and mentor security officers in company policies, emergency procedures, and professional conduct
Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and shift coverage; assist with call-offs and emergency staffing needs
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, providing on-scene leadership and decision-making
Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents by completing detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner
Serve as the primary point of contact between officers, clients, and management during assigned shifts
Collaborate with law enforcement, fire departments and emergency services when required.
Requirements and Skills

Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
Licensing: Must have a valid BSIS Guard Card with Powers to Arrest & Appropriate Use of Force certificate.
Experience: Must have 2 years of Supervisor experience
Driving: Must have a valid Driver License and a clean driving record for mobile duties.
Physical Ability: Must be able to perform necessary physical duties, including walking, standing, making rounds, and operating a motorized vehicle.
Supervision: Must be able and willing to work with minimal supervision.
Tech: Must have basic computer skills.
Preferred: First Aid / CPR and AED certified.
