Superintendent

ORC Concrete Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage daily field operations on concrete repair and specialty construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining schedules, and delivering quality work in accordance with project requirements.

Responsibilities
* Oversee daily on-site operations and supervise field crews
* Coordinate work activities including concrete repair, caulking, sealing, expansion joints, epoxy injection, traffic coatings, and post-tension related work
* Enforce jobsite safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety plans
* Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks
* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
* Monitor project schedules and productivity to meet deadlines
* Ensure work is performed per plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements
* Maintain jobsite documentation including daily reports and safety records
* Identify and resolve field issues proactively

Qualifications
* Minimum 5+ years experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in concrete repair or related construction work
* Strong knowledge of concrete restoration, sealants, coatings, and construction safety practices
* Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver’s license, good MVR and reliable transportation
