Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper

Required Skills:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping and accounting
Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Online and the Microsoft Office suite is a must
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
General Ledger accounting
Payroll Experience
Able to reconcile bank statements and financial records
Understanding and ability to prepare Balance Sheets and Income Statements

Helpful skills and experience:

Accounting Degree is preferred
Understanding of tax laws and regulations to prepare documentation for tax filings and audits
Must be able to work full time in the office. No remote work
