We’re looking for hard-working people to help us maintain and clean up homes in Hartford & neighboring counties.

What We Do:

We fix up and take care of homes that are empty or need repairs. This includes jobs like:
-Cleaning out trash
-Cutting grass and removing snow
-Changing locks and boarding up windows
-Basic repairs and painting
-Cleaning inside and outside the home
-Taking and uploading clear before, during and after photos of your work

What You Get:
-Weekly pay, always on time
-Bonus of $100 when you finish 10 jobs on time in a month
-More bonuses if you take on extra work
-Great pay — not hourly, so the more you work, the more you can earn (even more than you expect)

We Want People Who:
-Have experience doing this kind of work
-Are reliable and meet deadlines
-Can use a phone or tablet to send photos and reports

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Contract Work
Pay: $1000 – $2,500 per week (based on how much work you take on)

Schedule:
-Work available Monday to Friday
-No night shifts

What You’ll Need:

-At least 3 months of experience in property maintenance or handyman work
-Your own tools and equipment
-A strong work ethic and the ability to complete tasks on time
