Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Office Assistant for a professional office located in Hialeah.
Position Details:
Schedule: 35 hours per week
In-office position (not remote)
Requirements (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
Previous office experience is REQUIRED
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Experience handling documents, forms, and client files
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Must have valid documents and authorization to work
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
