Kenco Home Inspections is a trusted, family-owned company serving South Florida for over 23 years. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position offers a work environment, combining in-office support with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

-Answer and return incoming client calls promptly and professionally
-Schedule and coordinate home inspection appointments
-Respond to client emails and general inquiries
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners
-Maintain accurate schedules, records, and client information
-Assist with daily administrative and communication tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent multitasking, organization, and time-management abilities
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment
High school diploma required
Scheduling or office coordination experience is a plus

Location Requirement: Applicants must reside within 20 miles of our office (Jupiter) to be considered for this position
