Responsibilities – Service Technician:

Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on Audi vehicles
Complete multi-point inspections and provide service recommendations
Deliver high-quality repairs to minimize comebacks
Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and processes
Communicate with clients on complex diagnosis and solutions
Keep work area organized, clean, and safe
Attend ongoing Audi training to maintain certification and stay up to date with the latest technologies
Maintain detailed records and reports
Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins

Requirements/Qualifications – Service Technician:

Audi Certification OR 5 - 10 years of service technician experience with willingness to become Audi certified
MUST have own set of professional tools
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow oral/written instructions with great attention to detail
Reliability, strong work ethic, and professionalism
ASE Certification a plus
EV/Hybrid experience and certifications are a huge plus
Experience servicing Audi vehicles HIGHLY preferred
