In-Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Home Childcare Provider to support families by providing high-quality, nurturing care for children in their own homes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster early childhood development, ensure safety, and create a positive environment where children can thrive. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and passionate about working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your role will be instrumental in promoting healthy growth, engaging children in educational activities, and supporting families with their caregiving needs.

Duties:
-Provide attentive care to children of different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Ages range from 1-year old to 4 years old
-Must be able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to frequent bending over, sitting on the floor, lifting of children up to 35 pounds
-Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, early learning, and social skills
-Prepare nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines and family preferences
-Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning
-Support behavioral management strategies to foster positive behavior and emotional regulation
-Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns
-Assist with light housekeeping related to childcare duties such as laundry of children's clothing and tidying play areas
-Administer basic first aid when necessary, adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications:
-Must be 18 years or older
-Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 1:00pm
-Must pass background check and finger printing
-Competitive weekly pay with potential bonus based on experience and contributions
-Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, babysitting, nannying, or early childhood education roles
-Knowledge of childhood development stages and age-specific care requirements
-Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred
-Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
-Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and classroom experience is advantageous
-Ability to engage children through teaching activities that foster growth and curiosity
-Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and support team members
