Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader – $20–$28/hr

Hiring an experienced Maintenance Crew Leader for residential landscape work in Fairfield County.



Requirements (Must Have)

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (minimum 5 years)

• Clean driving record (insurable)

• 5+ years landscaping maintenance experience

• Social Security card (on the books)

• Prior crew leader / foreman experience

• Able to run daily routes and manage a crew

• Experience with two-cycle and four-cycle equipment

• Knowledge of proper pruning and trimming practices

• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors



Disqualifiers

• No license, unreliable attendance, cash-only requests, or short-term intent



Pay

• $20–$28/hour, based on experience

• 90-day performance review with opportunity for increase
