NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

We are seeking an experienced construction estimator who can quote jobs from start to finish with zero assistance. This role is commission-based only and is ideal for a self-motivated professional who understands construction pricing, scope development, and client communication.

This is a mobile position — all estimates are created and submitted directly through our CRM.

Responsibilities
- Create complete, accurate estimates from scratch (labor, materials, scope)
- Build full scopes of work without guidance
- Price jobs confidently and close professionally
- Enter and submit estimates through our CRM (mobile-based)
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal team

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Proven experience estimating construction jobs
- Ability to quote entire jobs independently (no training or hand-holding)
- Strong understanding of:
- Labor costs
- Material pricing
- Job sequencing
- Profit margins
- Comfortable using CRM software on mobile/tablet
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and communication skills

This is NOT an entry-level role
