This is an in office position
Base compensation: $60,000 base salary
Immediate need for new team member to work in our office!
A North Phoenix based real estate brokerage has a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager who is able to effectively communicate with tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, agents, vendors, and the corporate office.
The right person for the opportunity will be someone who is great at talking to people and loves being very busy.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in apartment or single family home property management
Amazing attitude – cheerful and confident.
Impeccable appearance.
Ability to work in a busy office and maintain a professional atmosphere.
Confident using multiple platforms of technology.
Become Certified in any software the company utilizes to service clients.
Have a STRONG basis in working with Office 365 Email, Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, ARMLS, Propertyware, and Rently.
Pass a Background and Credit Check.
Health and dental insurance offered after 30 days.
Compensation:
Base rate of $60,000 per year (full time).
You will be responsible for overseeing the office staff of 4-5 team members that run the 8-10 major processes that occur in the property management cycle.
Position is W2
