20-$40/hr depending on experience OR piece work for the right candidate.

What We Need:
Experienced Window & Door installer.
Solid work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on safety.
Proven experience in window, door, and IGU installation.
Skilled in measuring, cutting, and installation.
Ability to read job notes and communicate with foremen.
Good physical condition and coordination.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Truck, tools, and trailer is a PLUS!!

**Also looking for helpers who are willing to learn the trade

What You'll Do:
Install windows, doors, and glass according to specs.
Remove old installations and prep surfaces.
Ensure everything is weather-tight and properly sealed.
Use tools to install frames, glass, and hardware.
Keep job sites clean and safe.
Transport materials to and from job sites.
Work well with the team and communicate with clients.
