Operating Days: 5 days per week (Tuesday–Sunday)
Operating Hours: Approximately 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: ACV (California Redwood Coast-Humboldt County Airport)

Fenix Logistix is hiring Ramp Agents and Customer Service Agents to support Breeze Airways operations. We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Positions Available
Ramp Agent

What You’ll Do:

Load, unload, and handle baggage and cargo safely and efficiently

Operate ground support equipment and assist with aircraft turnarounds

Communicate effectively with flight crews and ground personnel

Follow all safety and operational procedures

Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

Ability to frequently lift 50–70+ lbs

Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented

High school diploma or GED preferred

Airport or aviation experience helpful but not required (training provided)

Customer Service Agent

What You’ll Do:

Deliver a friendly, professional guest experience during check-in and boarding

Assist passengers with ticketing and check-in systems

Support guests with special needs, including wheelchair assistance

Use computer systems and digital tools to support daily operations

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills

Comfortable using computers and airport systems

Friendly, professional communicator and problem solver

High school diploma or GED preferred

Prior customer service experience preferred
