Plaintiffs' Employment Associate Attorney

Plaintiffs'-side employment law firm (wage and hour class action and individual wrongful termination/sexual harassment/retaliation cases) seeking CA licensed associate attorney to work full-time.

Duties and responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions and oppositions; propounding and responding to written discovery; legal research; client intake; attending court hearings; depositions; assistance with trial preparation. STRONG writing and critical thinking skills are a MUST.

We have high profile cases and are driven by a passion for protecting civil rights in the workplace.
