Job Description
Applicant's Workers Compensation Firm seeking, BILINGUAL a full time, friendly Worker's Compensation Legal Assistant/ Case Manager with at least 2 YEARS of Applicant Worker's Compensation experience as a legal assistant/paralegal.
This job listing is for in person only.
Duties include:
- intaking new clients
-provide case status update to client-
-communicate with adjusters and defense attorneys for case update
-be able to explain to clients their current benefit status with WC
-must be able to communicate in both ENGLISH and SPANISH
-must have basic understanding of WC system and benefit status.
Spanish speaking is mandatory!
