Glazing Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help manage commercial glazing projects from award through closeout.

Compensation
$70,000–$95,000/year (DOE)

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of projects from contract through closeout
Manage multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously
Coordinate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and field teams
Prepare, submit, and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Oversee budgets, schedules, and material procurement
Attend job walks and site coordination meetings as needed
Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance throughout the project
Work closely with estimating, engineering, and installation departments

Qualifications
3+ years project management experience in commercial construction (glazing preferred)
Strong understanding of construction plans, specs, and contract documents
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
