We are looking for a Junior CRM Specialist to assist and maintain the integrity of contact data and information within the CRM system. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, self-motivated and detail-oriented. They position will focus on assisting in demand generation campaigns to drive prospect and customer engagement for the marketing and sales team.
Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Create, maintain and update contact and company lists to ensure data integrity for marketing communications.
• Create, update and streamline any CRM workflow and documentation processes
• Be able to self-troubleshoot, problem solve and prioritize projects.
• Build advanced automations for lead routing, follow-up, and reporting.
• Maintain data cleanliness and governance, including deduplication, formatting standards, and enrichment.
• Create internal documentation and SOPs for HubSpot processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to align HubSpot functionality with sales and operational goals.
• Lead Salesforce configuration, customization, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with dev, BA, and stakeholders on scalable solutions.
• Manage users, roles, and security for data integrity and compliance.
• Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, and approvals.
• Create reports and dashboards to drive actionable insights.
• Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs/issues promptly.
• Administer and maintain Salesforce orgs, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, and approval processes.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business insights and decision-making.
• Implement and optimize automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and scheduled flows.
• Ensure data integrity, perform data imports/exports, and manage data deduplication and cleanup.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation for configurations, processes, user training guides, and in-person training sessions across departments.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features to improve system performance and user experience.
• Support integration with third-party platforms.
• Assist with general IT support when needed, including Windows troubleshooting, basic system administration, and helpdesk ticket resolution.
• System management: Perform daily administrative tasks to keep the CRM running smoothly and efficiently.
• User support: Act as the main point of contact for users, resolving technical issues and providing guidance.
• Data management: Maintain data integrity, manage data entry, and implement security measures to protect sensitive customer information.
• Customization: Tailor the CRM to the specific needs of the business by creating custom fields, designing workflows, and generating reports.
• Training: Train and onboard new users to ensure they can effectively utilize the CRM.
• Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the system and its data from threats.
• Reporting and analysis: Generate reports to help analyze data and provide insights for business decisions.
Your Qualifications:
• 1-2 years direct experience in CRM and email marketing platforms, preferably in tech/date/software industry.
• Knowledge and understanding of CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce or other marketing automation software, database management and general IT knowledge.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are crucial for working with different stakeholders and navigating challenges.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, cross-channel marketing, and customer lifecycle including personalization.
• Highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and user management.
• Proven experience building complex reports and dashboards using native Salesforce tools and custom report types.
• Demonstrated ability to create user-friendly documentation and deliver effective training.
• Proficiency in data management, including Data Loader, Import Wizard, and data validation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Job Type:
This position offers a full-time hybrid schedule from Monday to Friday. During the initial 90 days, your commitment will be full-time in the office, making this opportunity ideal for local applicants within commuting distance.
Pay Range:
$54,080.00 - $62,400.00 per year / $26.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
