POSITION 1: THE ELITE CLOSER (The Heavy Hitter)▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
The Pay: 35% Commission (Uncapped).
The Role: You take the baton from the intake team, structure the deal, and close.
The Requirement: Must have proven MCA or high-ticket sales experience. If you can close, you will make $10k–$35k+ monthly here.

POSITION 2: BIZ DEV / INTAKE SPECIALIST (The Hunter)▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
The Role: High-volume outbound prospecting. You find the business, qualify the owner, gather the docs (Intake), and pass the ball to a Closer.
Experience: Entry-level friendly. We train you.

CHOOSE YOUR PAY STRUCTURE:

OPTION A (The Hustler): 20% Commission on every deal you originate.
OPTION B (The Stable Route): Hourly/Base Wage Available.Note: The wage option is for serious workers only. You must meet strict daily minimums (KPIs/Call Counts) to maintain the base pay.
