Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive General Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a wide range of tasks—from administrative work and phone calls to running errands and managing digital communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails and basic digital correspondence
Handle phone calls and scheduling
Assist with general office administration and organization
Run local errands as needed (banking, deliveries, supplies, etc.)
Maintain simple records, files, and task lists
Support ongoing projects and executives with ad-hoc tasks
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Tech-savvy: comfortable with email, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, basic file management
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
