We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in the Imperial Valley (Yuma and commuting San Diego candidates encouraged to apply)

Senior Project Manager (Employee-Owned General Contractor)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead high-impact builds from preconstruction through closeout while partnering with a team of employee-owners who take real pride in how projects are delivered. What You’ll Do

* Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination, expectations, and project communication
* Provide overall project leadership, including mentorship and coordination across internal teams
* Own project documentation and controls, ensuring files are accurate, current, and organized
* Prepare and manage cost proposals, change orders, and supporting documentation
* Build and track project budgets, including buyout and contracting strategy
* Manage project accounting deliverables, including owner billings and review/approval of subcontractor pay applications
* Maintain budget and cost control for the full project lifecycle
* Oversee submittals, RFIs, and project documentation requirements to keep the team aligned and moving
* Develop, maintain, and communicate the CPM schedule (including updates and recovery planning)
* Manage subcontractors and procurement (materials/equipment), including coordination, billing flow, and cost tracking
* Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and field leadership to drive execution

What We’re Looking For

* Commercial and/or Public Works project management experience (multiple projects or one large, complex project)
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field preferred
* Solid knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, and applicable regulations
* Proven ability to perform under deadline pressure while coordinating multiple stakeholders
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (MS Project or similar)
* Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history

Preferred Experience

* Work on K-12 school bond programs (examples include large district programs)
* Procore experience
* Higher Education project experience
* Healthcare project experience
