need labor to help refurbish a house

Need help for the next 30+ days doing repairs and finishes on a house near Horsetooth Reservoir. The primary need is someone to help with sanding the wood beams and ceiling to prepare for finish. Tools and materials are provided. The house is empty and in a construction zone condition. We will then move to installation of flooring, vanities, painting and staining.
Must:
speak English
have transportation
be able to work 5 day week
