Experience Team Member ( Part Time 20/hrs per week)

Team Member Responsibilities

Team Members' primary responsibilities are preparing and serving the drinks to the customers. You will assist our customers in choosing different variety of the drinks. As a shift lead, you will also assist franchise owner with scheduling, administrative duties, and opening/closing store.

Team members will also:
· Strive to deliver an exceptional guest experience
· Practice strong communication skills with our guests, shift leaders and your manager;
· Maintain a clean work environment and follow all health code requirements regarding food handling and safety
· Observe company standards and policies
· Perform other duties as assigned by management

Schedule
Our business normal business hours are from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm. We currently have all shifts available; Monday through Friday, weekends, and holidays. There will also be opportunities to be on call and to work overtime.
Dress code
We have a casual dress code. T-Shirt, black athletic pants or shorts and athletic shoes. Coverage is required for visible tattoos and facial piercings.

Qualifications
• Must have a desire to provide a great customer experience with Kung Fu Tea
• Restaurant industry experience: 2.5 years (Required)
• Basic math: 2 years (Required)
• Must be energetic and friendly
• Ability to effectively communicate instructions
• Customer Service skills/experience is required
• Food service experience required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school education or equivalent required
