Job Title: Shipping Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

The Shipping Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, and shipping outgoing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency with RFID scanning technology, and the ability to safely meet the physical demands of the job.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to pick tickets and system instructions
Utilize RFID scanners to track, verify, and process inventory movements
Read and interpret product labels, SKUs, date codes, and shipping documentation with accuracy
Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
Load and unload trucks as required
Maintain organization and cleanliness within assigned warehouse areas
Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds regularly
Proficiency in operating RFID scanners and handheld warehouse devices
Strong ability to read and interpret labels, SKUs, and shipping documents accurately
Basic computer literacy (comfortable navigating warehouse management systems and inputting data)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred but not required
Experience using a pallet jack or operating a forklift is a plus but not required

Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse setting
Standing and walking for extended periods
Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility
