We are seeking an experienced and dependable handyman to help manage repairs and maintenance across several rental units. This is ongoing work with consistent repair requests from tenants.

Responsibilities include:

General repairs (drywall, painting, minor plumbing & electrical)

Appliance troubleshooting and light repairs

Door, lock, and hardware repairs

Responding to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner

Routine unit upkeep and occasional turnover work

Requirements:

Proven handyman or maintenance experience

Own tools and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Professional, respectful when dealing with tenants

Availability for regular and occasional urgent repairs

Compensation:
