Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful and adept at supporting organizational operations through a wide range of administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support marketing initiatives, including content development, proposal coordination and outreach efforts
· Strong writing ability to prepare, create and edit professional documents, presentations, visual materials to support business development needs
· Design and develop high-quality presentations (PowerPoint and other formats).
· Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
· Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document management, and project assistance.
· Provide assistance with recruiting functions
· Support leadership with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
· Experience creating polished, professional presentations.
· Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Professional, adaptable, and resourceful with a team-oriented mindset with an ability to work independently and ability to perform research.
· Experience in government proposal preparation, formatting, compliance a plus.
Salary: Hourly, part-time, 25-30 hrs per week. Work will be conducted at our Fairfax office. Hourly rate is negotiable, based on skills and experience. Satisfactory completion of Background Check is required.
