We have a multiple pet household and we are looking for a responsible, caring, dedicated worker that loves and
respects animals. The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing exceptional care to our Cats, Dog and
Turtles and ensuring their well-being, comfort, and safety. This person should be able to take care of our
animals on a daily basis and be interested in making this a long-term position.

Job Overview
•This Job is 7 days a week (Monday through Sunday).
•Consists of 2 shifts a day (Morning and Afternoon).
The shift hours are:
•Morning 7:30 am- 10:30 am (minimum 3 hours)
•Afternoon 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm (minimum 2 hours)

Responsibilities:
• To provide daily care such as, but not limited to feeding, cleaning and changing water bowls for all inside and
outside animals. This includes all cats, dog and turtles.
• To administer medications to any or all animals as needed.
• To monitor all of the inside and outside animal behaviors, health and appearance and reporting any concerns
promptly.
• To sanitize, wash and maintain the cleanliness of all inside and outside animal enclosures, spaces and areas
including, but not limited to cleaning litter boxes, removing waste products and washing out kennels.
• To handle all animals safely at all times by using proper techniques in order to minimize stress and injury.
Animal handling skills and medication administration experience is preferred but not required.
• To complete the mandatory tasks set up for each shift. All shifts have their own set of daily tasks to adhere to.
• To complete the mandatory tasks designated for each day of the week. Each day has its own mandatory tasks
such as grooming, bathing, feeding, walking, water bowls and environment changing.

**There is a good possibility that one person will not be able fill all shifts on all seven days. It is more than
likely that we will need to hire more than one person to fill this position. **

The applicant MUST have:
•Must have the physical ability to do some moderate lifting, moving and stocking of large delivery orders of
animal foods and supplies.
•Must have ONLY love and patience with all of the animals. Anything less will not be tolerate for any reason.
•Must have Reliable Transportation to and from work. This does not mean a scooter, a bicycle, a city bus or
a ride from someone else.
•Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
