Urgently Hiring - Full Time - Warehouse Order Picker/Packers

We are an industry leading distribution company that provides medical grade supplies and tools to professionals worldwide. We are seeking another reliable warehouse order picker/packer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a casual warehouse environment surrounded by creativity!

Location: St. Petersburg, FL, 33716 (Near Gandy Blvd)

Set Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm

Starting pay rate: $17.00 per hour. (Full benefits offered after probationary period term)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pick products from shelves using a pick list or scanner
2. Select the correct items and quantities for each order
3. Build orders on pallets or in boxes neatly and safely
4. Wrap, label, and stage orders for shipping
5. Check accuracy to make sure the order is correct before it goes out
6. Work at a steady pace to meet productivity goals
7. Communicate with supervisors and teammates
8. Help with other warehouse tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For:

1. Must have at least 1 year of proven warehouse, picker/packer experience
2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a steady pace
4. Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the set schedule
5. Must have dependable transportation to and from work
6. Lift, carry, and move boxes (often 30–50 lbs)
7. Bend, reach, and stack items throughout the shift
8. Ability to pass a pre employment drug and clear background screen*
