Sales & Community Outreach Rep – Home Care Agency

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Simcha Home Care is officially licensed in Florida and we’re looking for a warm, driven, and organized individual to help us grow! If you love meeting people, attending community events, and educating families about in-home care options — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Represent Simcha Home Care in the local community (Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Aventura)

Build relationships with referral sources (senior centers, medical offices, synagogues, etc.)

Educate families about our services: companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, and more

Help onboard new clients and coordinate with our office team

Attend community events, distribute flyers, and manage inbound inquiries

Requirements:

Outgoing and compassionate personality

Strong communication and networking skills

Comfortable with email, phone calls, and light CRM tracking

Familiarity with local community organizations (a plus)

Bilingual English/Spanish or Russian preferred (not required)

Reliable transportation

Compensation:

Hourly pay: $18–$22/hour based on experience

Commission for every new client signed up

Performance bonuses for hitting monthly goals

Flexible schedule – part-time or full-time options
