Job Description
Maintenance position available.
As the maintenance person, you will support the manager in the maintenance aspects of the business operations. General duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Inspecting and maintaining the property including minor landscaping and trash pick-up.
• Cleaning spaces/units as vacated.
• Cleaning aisles, parking spaces, and grounds as needed.
• Perform other light physical labor/maintenance as directed.
• Miscellaneous tasks assigned by manager.
• Understanding office duties and procedures as an emergency backup for manager.
