Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Household Manager/Personal Assistant to assist with a variety of tasks associated with a busy family including:
-Organize the household with scheduling/managing of third party providers and ensuring tasks are done correctly/on time, set and manage appointments, etc. Keep a daily schedule and checklist, confirm priorities, etc.
-Manager the family calendar and keep individuals updated on all scheduled activities that day/week - set reminders
-Do internet research/AI to book upcoming travel and arrange for family members and misc. research for busy executive
-Review and implement new processes to ensure the house runs smoothly/reorganize shelving, kitchen setup, cleaning out/donating clothing to charity, etc.
-Run local errands for food, incidentals, and walk dog (a friendly maltipoo)
-Perform other household tasks including meal prep, light cleaning (we already have a weekly cleaning service in place), etc.
-Help members use technology and tools to be more efficient
-Additional time will be filled with support activities for an online business
-Work from our residence
The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a calm, friendly yet professional demeanor. The person will be honest, intelligent, reliable, and have the ability to learn new things quickly. The individual should be detailed oriented, able to manage multiple items at one time, and communicate very clearly with excellent English. The person must have reliable transportation and be able to work daily from 10am to 6:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
A full background check along with a valid driver's license and current insurance are required. We do recognize holidays and have paid time off once a certain number of months have been worked. Please provide resume and any applicable experience when responding to this posting.
