Warehouse Worker/Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to daily fulfillment schedules

Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition of products

Organize inventory and maintain proper storage locations

Label, stage, and load outbound shipments for carriers

Perform basic inventory counts and assist with stock organization

Operate warehouse equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Follow safety procedures and company operating standards

Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience a plus, but not required

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Basic math and organizational skills
