Our team is small, experienced, and collaborative, and we’re looking for a Superintendent who takes ownership of their projects and treats each home like it’s their own.

Position Overview
The Residential Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations on custom home projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate trades, schedules, inspections, and quality control. Our office is located in Queen Creek, but most of our builds are in the Scottsdale area.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all on-site construction activities for custom residential projects
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specs, and local building codes
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays
• Perform regular jobsite inspections and quality control checks
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, inspectors, and internal team
• Enforce jobsite safety standards
• Maintain accurate daily logs and job documentation

Qualifications
• Trade school or 3 years construction experience required (custom homes preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solver with a hands-on mentality
• Reliable transportation and ability to manage multiple projects as needed
• Experience working with municipalities and inspections
