Laborer for Residential Construction

We are looking for a reliable construction laborer to join our crew in residential construction.

Duties include:
• Site cleanup and debris removal
• Demo work
• Carrying materials
• Assisting carpenters and trades
• Basic hand and power tool use
• Trenching and general labor tasks

Requirements:
• Construction experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites
• Transportation to job sites required

Pay:
• $20–$25/hr depending on experience
• Opportunity for more hours and pay increases based on performance
