Appliance Repair Dispatcher Remote Position

A small Appliance Repair company is looking for an experienced dispatcher. Dispatch will intake calls from potential customers and schedule them in our CRM system. We need someone who is fluent in both English and Russian preferably, communicates confidently with people, and handles multitasking well.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls and Multi line calls
• Create service requests and enter information into the Jobber system
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and confident manner
• Engage customers and motivate them to choose our company
• Maintain constant communication with technicians, relay information, update job statuses
• Handle multiple tasks at once: calls, messages, data updates, schedule management
• Work with a computer, email, and internal systems
Requirements:
• Fluent English and Russian (required)
• Experience as a dispatcher or in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Confident computer skills and attention to detail
• Stress resistance, politeness, and clear speech
