Job Description
Join SLO’s fastest-growing exterior service company.
We are Marin County’s #1 ranked window cleaning service and we’ve spent the last 6 months taking over the San Luis Obispo market. We don’t just sell "cleanings"—we sell high-value Annual Service Plans that keep homes looking perfect year-round.
We are looking for hungry, motivated Door-to-Door (D2D) reps. We are a young, experienced leadership team with a "no-ego" culture. You will be trained by an owner/operator with over $1,000,000 sold door to door in the last 2 years. D2D experience is a major plus, but it is not required for the right candidate. We will train you, but you must be coachable and ready to hustle.
THE PAY STRUCTURE:
Service Plan Contracts: Our annual plans average roughly $750-$2000. You earn 15% commission per contract.
PAID UPFRONT: You don't wait for the year to play out. You earn the entire year's commission upfront as soon as the contract is signed.
One-Time Cleans: These are "easy-yes" sales for people who just want a quick refresh. You earn 20% commission on these.
Leadership Opportunities: Once you prove you are top talent, we will implement downlines. This allows you to recruit your own team and earn an override commission on every sale they make.

No Ego / Highly Coachable: Whether you’ve sold for years or are brand new, you must be willing to learn our specific system.
Resilient: D2D is for people who can handle a "no" and keep a good attitude for the next house.
Mindset: You must believe in yourself. Door-to-door is part manifestation, what you believe will happen. Expect a no, get a no
Professional: You are the face of our #1-ranked brand. You must be clean-cut and well-spoken.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be available to start training next week.
Must be able to walk/stand for several hours a day.
