About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality medical nails and screws by operating manufacturing and packaging equipment in a controlled cleanroom environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to grow a long-term career in medical manufacturing.

Work Schedule & Pay
1st Shift: 5:30am – 2:00pm @ $17/hr
2nd Shift: 1:30pm – 10:00pm @ $18.70/hr
3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am @ $19.55/hr

What You’ll Do
Operate manufacturing machines to produce medical nails and screws
Load metal rods into machines while performing bending, lifting, and standing tasks
Package medical device products in an ISO 8/9 cleanroom environment
Operate packaging and labeling machines
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet medical device standards
Follow cleanroom, safety, and quality procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills
Experience with machine operation or packaging
General production or manufacturing experience
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
Assembly and packing skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an ISO 8/9 Cleanroom or Sterile Packaging department
Interest in learning and advancing in medical device manufacturing

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
