We are a prime contractor on a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers federal park contract and are seeking one established commercial cleaning / facilities management company to assume responsibility for ALL park locations across Arkansas and Missouri.

This is a portfolio-level opportunity, not labor-only.

Contract value: Up to $100,000 per month (for full portfolio coverage)

*NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS*

Must be an established commercial cleaning or facilities management company.
Must have at least 25 personnel available to staff all locations.
All 25 personnel must be able to pass background checks.
Ability to provide daily coverage, including weekends.
Ability to conduct weekly site inspections.
Ability to manage inventory, supplies, and consumables.
Must have supervisory structure in place.
Proof of liability insurance & workers’ compensation.

Scope Includes:

*Restroom & shower facility cleaning
*Trash removal and grounds policing
*Replenishment of paper products
*Disinfecting high-touch areas
*Weekly inspections and reporting
*Compliance with USACE standards
