Now Hiring: Full-Time Cleaner – Apartment Building in Buena Park

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our 16 story apartment building in Buena Park. This role is essential to providing a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain common areas (hallways, stairwells, lobby, laundry room)

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed

Clean restroom and refill supplies

Take out trash and recycling 6 days per week starting at 5AM

Report maintenance issues or safety concerns

Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures

Schedule:

Full-time:

Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday - 5AM - 1PM.

Wednesday 5AM - 9AM.

Saturday 5AM - 9AM.

Qualifications:

Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (but not required)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $17/HR with Full Health Benefits (30 day wait period)

Stable, full-time employment

Benefits available after 30 day probationary period
