🆘 URGENT: FOSTERS NEEDED – BOULDER, CO
English Bulldogs in Need of Foster Home (Short- or Medium-Term)

We are urgently seeking an experienced, adult-only foster home in or near Boulder, Colorado for Baer and Baguette, two English Bulldogs rescued from a high-kill shelter in California.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
These dogs must be the only dogs in their new foster home.

We are seeking fosters experienced with bully breeds.

🐶 ABOUT BAER

English Bulldog, adult male

Neutered

Recovered from pneumonia

Has a mild heart murmur (stable, monitored)

Loves playing ball

Can be reactive when overstimulated or when handled unexpectedly

Needs a calm, structured environment

Best fit:
A confident, bulldog-savvy foster who understands boundaries, supervision, and slow handling.

🐶 ABOUT BAGUETTE

English Bulldog, adult male

Recovered from pneumonia

Lower energy than Baer

Some vision limitations

Can be vocal and stubborn (classic bulldog)

Benefits from routine and calm leadership

Best fit:
A patient foster who enjoys quirky, low-key dogs and can maintain structure without chaos.

🏡 FOSTER HOME REQUIREMENTS (FOR BOTH)

✔ Only dog in the home
✔ Adult household preferred
✔ Calm environment (no dog parks, no dog intros)
✔ Willing to follow training and management guidance
✔ Comfortable managing accidents while routine is established
✔ Ability to keep dog leashed and supervised at all times outside

These dogs are not aggressive, but they do not make safe companions for other dogs and should not be tested in multi-dog settings.
