Role Overview
The Client Liaison & Meal Delivery Concierge is the face of Culiene Luxury in our clients’ homes. You will be responsible for the punctual, polished delivery of prepared meals, ensuring each interaction reflects our standards of calm professionalism, discretion, and warmth.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally well-mannered, confident, and detail-oriented, with superior people skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Delivery

Deliver prepared meals to clients’ private homes in the SF Bay Area, on time and with a courteous, composed demeanor.
Follow specific client preferences for drop-off (e.g., direct-to-fridge, designated area, quiet entry).
Serve as the primary in-person representative of Culiene Luxury; maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
Presentation & Detail Management

Verify each order before departure: correct meals, packaging, labels, and any special notes.
Ensure containers and labels are clean, accurate, and presented neatly.
Collect used ceramic-glass containers, confirm counts, and handle with care for return and sanitization.
Client Relationship Support

Greet clients and household staff with discretion and respect; maintain appropriate boundaries while being warm and attentive.
Note client feedback, preferences, and any concerns, and relay them clearly to the culinary and operations team.
Protect client privacy and uphold strict confidentiality at all times.
Logistics & Communication

Follow assigned routes and delivery windows with precise timing.
Communicate proactively with the team regarding traffic delays, access issues, or special circumstances.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, container returns, and any notable client requests or changes.
Qualifications
Required:

Punctual, highly reliable, and organized
Superior interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact comfortably with high-expectation clientele
Well-mannered, confident, and composed in varying home environments
Strong attention to detail; pride in the quality and presentation of your work
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry meal containers and bags (up to ~30 lbs) and navigate stairs when needed
Comfort with using a smartphone for routing and basic communication (texts, email, app-based instructions)
Preferred:

Prior experience in luxury hospitality, private household service, concierge, or high-end customer service
Familiarity with the SF Bay Area
Interest in food, wellness, or hospitality and a desire to grow with a brand
What We Offer
Pay: $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 18–28 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as we grow
