Merchant Support Specialist – Merchant Services (Scottsdale, AZ)

US Card Solutions is hiring a Merchant Support Specialist to manage new merchant accounts and provide ongoing support.

📍 Location:
4835 E Cactus Rd, Suite 265, Scottsdale, AZ 85254

Schedule:
Mon–Fri | 6am–2pm or 8am–4pm

Pay:
$18/hour (1099)

Duties Include:
Key and submit merchant applications
Track deals through approval
Program, test, and ship payment terminals
Call merchants to install and activate devices
Provide ongoing merchant support
Support Sales Agents
Use ticketing systems (Zendesk a plus)

Preferred:
Merchant services or payment processing experience
Customer support experience
Detail-oriented and tech-comfortable
