Salumeria Rosi is a well-known Italian restaurant focused on great food, strong teamwork, and real hospitality.
Our new East Village location is hiring Busser / Runners to join a fast-paced, professional dining room.
This is a great entry point into a serious restaurant with room to grow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pour water and maintain tables
• Drop bread to tables
• Run food quickly and accurately
• Clear plates and pre-bus tables
• Reset and set tables
• Support servers and kitchen during service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Reliable and hard-working
• Good attitude, team player
• Able to move fast and stay organized
• Nights and weekends available
• Experience preferred but not required
