Social Media Manager – On-Site (Phoenix, AZ)

*We are a fast-growing cosmetic e-commerce brand looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to help take our online presence to the next level.
*This is a fully on-site role in Phoenix, Arizona. We’re looking for someone local who lives and breathes social media, understands every major platform inside and out, and is ready to move fast in a creative, ever-changing environment.
*What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Stay ahead of current trends, viral content, and platform updates
Create, plan, and execute engaging content that aligns with our brand
Work closely with the founder to capture behind-the-scenes, launches, and daily brand moments
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for growth and engagement
Collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Travel with the founder as needed for events, shoots, and brand opportunities
*What We’re Looking For:
Deep knowledge of all major social media platforms
Proven ability to grow and scale social media accounts
Creative, self-motivated, and able to “get up and go”
Comfortable being on camera and directing content when needed
Strong understanding of beauty, cosmetics, and e-commerce trends
*Local to Phoenix, AZ and willing to be on-site every day
*Open to travel and flexible scheduling when needed
