Job Description

Part-Time Support Manager Assistant (10a–2p)


We’re hiring a part-time assistant to support our Support Manager.
This is not a web development role and
no website-building experience is required. We train you on our systems.



This role is ideal for someone who is naturally comfortable with computers, learns new
software quickly, and communicates clearly and professionally with clients.


Schedule & Pay

Part-time: Monday–Friday
Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $15 per hour


What this role looks like

Working inside multiple online systems and internal tools
Following up on open items and unresolved client issues
Helping investigate and troubleshoot support requests
Communicating clearly with clients, primarily via email, occasionally by phone
Escalating issues appropriately and knowing when to ask questions
Taking ownership of assigned tasks and seeing them through to completion


What we’re looking for

You’re “computer-savvy” by default and comfortable navigating new software
You are organized, consistent, and good at follow-up
You stay composed when dealing with frustrated or confused clients
You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and on the phone
You are coachable, open to feedback, and operate without ego



We operate in an environment where asking questions is expected.
Clear communication and reliability matter more than pretending to know everything.

Training is provided on all platforms and processes
This is a support/operations role, not a technical build role
You will represent our brand directly to clients
