Sales Representative – Inside & Outside Sales - Windows and doors

We are a growing window and door company seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team. This position includes both inside and outside sales, working with homeowners, contractors, and builders to provide high-quality products and exceptional service.


Responsibilities:

* Generate new sales and build relationships with new and existing customers
* Manage the sales process from initial contact through project completion
* Conduct in-person visits, consultations, and follow-ups
* Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product information
* Work closely with office and production team to ensure a smooth job flow and customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports

Qualifications:

* Experience in sales—preferably in windows, doors, or general construction
* Knowledge of construction terminology, measurements, and product specifications
* Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills - If you speak Spanish or Armenian will benefit you well here.
* Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field appointments

Competitive base pay + commission or Commission Only (DOE)
