I am looking for a professional person who is early in their job experience and who wants to build a solid career in construction.

This person must have some construction experience, but doesn’t need to have a lot in this particular field. Maybe you grew up working with your family, or on a farm, or in a shop. So you know how to handle yourself and your tools, but you want to build something more.

We build high-end aluminum pergolas with all the bells and whistles. We work for high-emd clients who expect the best. We pay attention to every detail, and we only build things were proud of.

I need one guy to be my apprentice, who I can develop into a crew leader, project manager, and eventually, operations manager.
